After our emotional day yesterday, saying good bye to our students, and the staff at school we began our first leg of the journey home. We left Martin about 8:00 a.m. and arrived in Budapest around 1:30 pm. Most of us went out into the city for last minute shopping or sight seeing. Our team enjoyed a lovely dinner together at a wonderful restaurant where the food was delicious and the entertainment was excellent.
All of us are still trying to digest all the sights, sounds, love, and experiences that we have had over the past three weeks. The cultural experiences are almost more that we can absorb. The generousity and kindness of these wonderful people is overwhelming.
We are all thankful to God for this experience and the enriching of our lives that this trip has brought. Our students told us over and over again how much they learned and enjoyed their classes, at all levels. We can hardly wait to share all of this with all of you at home in a few days.
